About the role
We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to drive adoption of our restaurant inventory platform, Supply Club. You will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and converting restaurants to purchase inventory through our platform, highlighting the value, ease, and operational impact of consolidating their purchasing.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and build a high‑quality pipeline of target restaurants using outbound calls, email sequences, and localized outreach.
- Identify high‑potential accounts through internal lead lists, data signals, and category insights.
- Maintain accurate call logs and track leads and opportunities across sales systems.
- Conduct full‑cycle selling—from initial outreach to activation—delivering value‑based pitches tailored to each restaurant’s needs.
- Handle objections, position solutions, and drive weekly conversion goals, activation rates, and order consistency.
- Guide new customers through onboarding, promotions, credits, and ordering workflows, ensuring they understand how to use the platform and optimize savings.
- Escalate account issues, ordering challenges, or logistics blockers to internal teams and follow through until resolved.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken English.
- Prior inside or field sales experience, especially in phone‑heavy environments with weekly quotas.
- Strong communication skills and comfort selling to busy decision‑makers.
- Ability to manage a large outbound volume while maintaining high‑quality conversations.
- Data‑driven mindset with willingness to learn, iterate, and adopt new playbooks.
- High resilience, adaptability, and bias toward action in a fast‑moving environment.
