About the role
Globus Medical is seeking an Operator for Shift B to perform assembly, soldering, molding and testing of electromechanical medical devices such as implantable pulse generators, external peripherals, chargers and remote controls.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble, solder and test medical devices and related parts using microscopes and specialized tools.
- Inspect molded assemblies for bubbles, voids or excess resin and perform corrective actions using drills, milling tools, threading guns and small syringes.
- Conduct electronic and mechanical testing using computerized and automated test equipment.
- Report supply shortages or production issues to the supervisor.
Required skills
- Electronic assembly and soldering.
- Microscope operation for visual inspection.
- Use of computerized/automated test equipment.
- Molding inspection and resin removal techniques.
- Small‑drill, milling and threading tool operation.
