Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Associate to serve as the single point of entry for credit, underwriting, launch, invoicing and cash‑application cases at our Costa Rica delivery centre. You will provide customer‑service support across multiple channels, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log and route incoming email and call requests related to credit line adjustments, onboarding, invoice management, disputes and portal activities.
• Provide guidance to end‑users on payment application, portal usage and account changes.
• Escalate complex issues according to the Procedures Manual and SLA requirements.
• Support system governance by handling system notices, spam and other technical queries.
• Maintain accurate records of all cases and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and meet response and resolution targets.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
