Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Associate to serve as the single point of entry for all customer inquiries and case handling across credit, underwriting, launch, invoice management, cash application and related processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming emails and calls related to credit and underwriting, providing support for credit line amounts, increase requests and status updates.
• Support launch activities including onboarding, validation calls, special projects and card issuance.
• Manage invoice processes such as authorizations, billing management and invoice processing.
• Provide customer service for disputes, account changes, merchant reimbursements and web/portal activities.
• Assist cash application and accounts receivable functions by supplying invoices, guiding payment application via portal and conducting research.
• Support process and system governance by addressing system issues, notices and spam.
• Receive, update and log all requests, route cases according to the Procedures Manual and Service Level Agreements.
• Escalate issues and requests following established escalation procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in operational support or customer service handling financial processes.
