Operational Communications Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Operational Communications Specialist to develop, execute and distribute internal communications at both building‑level and organization‑wide. The role serves as the quality gatekeeper, ensuring every message is accurate, on‑brand and error‑free before it reaches employees.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit and proofread a wide range of internal communications, maintaining grammatical accuracy, consistent tone and brand alignment.
• Distribute communications to targeted audiences using content management systems (CMS).
• Enforce brand voice, style guides and editorial standards across all channels, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to gather accurate information.
• Fact‑check and verify content produced by others, correcting inconsistencies, ambiguities or inaccuracies.
• Monitor communication metrics, compile detailed reports and analyse data to improve effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while taking full ownership of deliverables to ensure zero tolerance for factual or typographical errors.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of producing polished, error‑free content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors that others miss.
• Excellent organizational abilities, capable of handling competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook.
