Operario de Producción – Turno A (Miércoles a Domingo)

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team on Shift A, working Wednesday through Sunday. The role focuses on assembling medical devices while ensuring product quality, workplace safety, and compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) and quality assurance (QA) standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned assembly operations to meet production plans and hourly piece targets.
• Perform 100% visual inspection of parts to verify quality standards.
• Document production data accurately and follow good documentation practices.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, applying 5S principles.
• Segregate materials to prevent cross‑contamination.
• Support sustainable production practices and energy efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Completed ninth grade (or equivalent).
• 0‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork orientation.
• Effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.

Required skills

• Visual inspection techniques.
• Knowledge of 5S workplace organization.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Basic chemical handling safety.
• Familiarity with laser equipment operation.
