About the role
CooperSurgical Inc., a leading women’s health company, is seeking a Production Operator for its Costa Rica facility. The role focuses on assembling medical devices used in fertility and gynecological procedures while maintaining strict clean‑room standards and product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks in one or more production cells or lines.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, cleaning the workstation daily.
- Follow written methods, procedures, and company behavior policies.
- Wear appropriate attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
- Follow directions from supervisors and complete additional assignments as required.
Required profile
- Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
- Experience working on production lines or in manual assembly.
