About the role

Cargill is seeking a Generalist Process Operator I to join its raw‑material processing facility in San Antonio del Tejar. The role involves operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting safe, efficient throughput.

Key responsibilities

• Operate mechanical machinery and equipment in the assigned production area.
• Load and unload bulk materials, handle packaging, terminal operations, and mixing tasks.
• Monitor computerized control systems and make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Record production and inventory data in computerized systems.
• Operate mobile powered equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, floor sweepers, and front‑end loaders.
• Follow all safety and regulatory policies and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to meet production goals.

Required profile

• Ability to operate mechanical machinery and follow established policies and procedures.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment and processes.
• Willingness to learn, receive guidance, and provide feedback on procedures.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on safety and quality.
