About the role

The Blowing Machine Operator is responsible for running and supervising the blowing equipment used to produce plastic products at our Calle Blancos plant. You will ensure that production meets technical specifications while maintaining high quality, efficiency, and adherence to the production plan.

Key responsibilities

• Operate blowing machines and related equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Verify that finished products meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Record production data and report any deviations to the shift supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety regulations.

Required profile

• Technical degree in electromechanics, mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, or plastics.
• 2 to 3 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts.
