O2C Junior Analyst

About the role

The O2C Junior Analyst will support the order‑to‑cash process by efficiently collecting cash, managing receivables and ensuring billing disputes are resolved promptly. You will work with dedicated software tools while adhering to Brenntag’s policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Collect cash from a designated client portfolio using dedicated software and resolve billing disputes in a fair and timely manner.
• Manage the accounts‑receivable portfolio, keeping old balances within established business objectives.
• Update provisions for bad debts, prepare debt analyses and monitor account performance.
• Prepare account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Produce scheduled and ad‑hoc financial analysis reports.
• Comply with agreed‑upon service levels, company policies and procedures.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate to a supervisor when needed.
• Analyze and release purchase orders and create account statements.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of work experience, preferably in finance or shared services.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Experience in the industry or shared services is considered an added advantage.
