Network Analyst

About the role

DHL IT Services is looking for a Network Analyst to join its Network Team in Heredia, Costa Rica. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting secure network connectivity solutions for DHL and its partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support Telecom Operations by delivering engineered network connectivity between DPDHL and third‑party providers.
• Provide problem solving and support for intranet/internet telecommunication services, coordinating with external vendors.
• Gather customer requests and manage end‑to‑end delivery of network solutions.
• Implement secure connectivity using firewalls, proxies, IPSEC VPNs and application delivery controllers.
• Ensure all implementations follow standards and recommend new security services.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently under workload pressure.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical topics to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP and DNS protocols.
• Understanding of network security concepts and technologies such as firewalls, BIG‑IPs, VPNs and proxies.
• Basic scripting knowledge.
• Experience with secure network solutions (IPSEC VPN, application delivery controllers).
