Mid Salesforce Developer

About the role

Coforge is hiring a Mid Salesforce Developer (remote, Costa Rica) to build, customize and maintain Salesforce applications. The role works closely with business analysts and stakeholders to turn their needs into technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into technical specifications.
• Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
• Perform unit testing, debugging and troubleshooting to ensure application performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support for Salesforce-related issues.
• Stay up to date on Salesforce best practices, new features and industry trends.
• Document development processes, code changes and system configurations.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components.
• Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
• Salesforce security and sharing models.
• Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Developer or Administrator), Agile, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Git.
