Mid-Level Architect – Design & Delivery

About the role

Gensler is seeking a Mid‑Level Architect to join a collaborative team and contribute to all phases of the design process. You will blend innovative thinking with practical technical solutions to deliver high‑quality architectural projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of architectural and technical aspects of projects.
• Coordinate project teams to finalize plans, specifications, and material selections.
• Prepare and verify the accuracy of technical documents and construction drawings.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet project objectives.
• Support communication among clients, vendors, consultants, and permitting officials.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture or foreign equivalent; licensed or registered architect.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an architectural practice.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven fiscal accountability and ability to manage client relationships.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
