About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking an MES Engineer to support its MedTech Orthopedics business in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role will focus on improving manufacturing processes, reducing product costs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the orthopedics division.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop internal opportunities for process improvement using DMAIIC methodology.
- Apply tools of excellence to reduce manufacturing costs of orthopaedic products.
- Support the MedTech Orthopedics business by ensuring MES solutions align with production goals.
- Monitor and follow up on continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong interest in orthopedics and medical technology.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Ability to work within a global, multidisciplinary team.
