Member Outreach & Enrollment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Member Outreach & Enrollment Specialist to drive registration of partner GPO member practices that have not yet opted into our client’s program. This outbound, relationship‑focused position combines phone and email outreach with a solid understanding of dental industry terminology and the client’s value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound email and phone outreach to an established list of partner GPO member practices that have not yet registered.
• Communicate the client’s offering, value proposition, and benefits such as contracted vendor pricing, e‑commerce purchasing, and savings on dental supplies and services.
• Guide eligible practices through the online registration/opt‑in process step by step.
• Address common questions or objections, tailoring the pitch to the specific concerns of practice owners and staff.
• Log all call outcomes, contact attempts, and relevant details accurately in the client’s CRM.
• Maintain an organized, up‑to‑date pipeline of outreach status across the full member list.
• Escalate recurring objections, data issues, or process friction to the account lead for resolution.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, comfortable with consultative, consumer‑facing phone conversations.
• Prior outbound calling, sales development, or member/customer enrollment experience.
• Experience working within a CRM platform to log and track outreach activity.
• Self‑directed, organized, and able to manage a defined outreach list with consistent follow‑up.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
