About the role

Vertu Agent is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to work as a Medical Virtual Assistant. The position focuses on OASIS documentation, medical coding, and managing patient records within EMR systems, all in a remote, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Complete and review OASIS documentation accurately.
Perform medical coding and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
Maintain and update patient records in EMR/EHR systems.
Support both clinical and administrative healthcare processes.
Review medical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with providers and healthcare staff as needed.
Assist with day‑to‑day virtual healthcare operations.

Required profile

Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
Strong experience with OASIS documentation.
Medical coding experience.
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
