Marketing Specialist – Digital & Product Content

About the role

Our client, a leading provider of aftermarket parts for trucks and transportation equipment across North America, is modernizing its marketing function. The Marketing Specialist will support and execute initiatives across digital and traditional channels, managing content, product data, and campaigns to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, and website updates.
• Maintain and update product information in the ERP (M3) and Product Information Management System, ensuring consistency across catalogs and digital assets.
• Manage website content, product pages, and digital assets to improve user experience and align with brand standards.
• Create and schedule engaging social media posts, monitor performance, and report metrics.
• Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, product sheets, and basic graphic assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and support event logistics, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or content management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Social media management and scheduling platforms.
• Content Management Systems (CMS) for website updates.
• Experience with ERP (M3) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems, including PIES data.
