Marketing Specialist – Automotive Industry

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join a leading automotive group and help shape the strategy and positioning of its luxury vehicle brands. The role combines brand management, market analysis, and campaign execution to drive growth and strengthen brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on the development and execution of the brand’s strategic plan aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels, ensuring visual identity and messaging standards.
• Coordinate promotional, communication, and product‑launch campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Track key performance indicators, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Partner with creative agencies, media partners, and external vendors for successful marketing execution.
• Organise the brand’s participation in events, activations, and other marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand management or strategic marketing within the automotive industry.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
• Post‑graduate studies or specialization in Digital Marketing is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using Power BI.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing tactics and tools.
