Marketing Production & Co Senior Expert

About the role

Bayer is hiring a Marketing Production & Co Senior Expert in Heredia, Costa Rica, within its Marketing division. The role acts as operational lead and escalation point across the print portfolio, managing end-to-end print production and fulfillment, from project intake to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Brand Marketing to align project objectives, concepts, specifications, quantities, timelines and delivery requirements.
• Manage end-to-end print production and fulfillment, including scheduling, stakeholder and vendor coordination, risk identification, issue escalation and quality control.
• Review digital and physical proofs, confirm final delivery against approved specs and quotes, and prepare SKU information for Field Operations.
• Manage distribution lists, inventory levels, low-stock notifications, reprints, expiration notifications and inventory updates.
• Coordinate attestation notifications and monitor compliance with established processes.
• Review and approve vendor quotes and invoices, and conduct monthly reviews of purchase orders, forecasts, spending and budgets.
• Work with vendors to optimize production methods, schedules, fulfillment solutions, quality and cost efficiency.
• Maintain project, financial and approval documentation and build working relationships with Brand Marketing, Field Operations, Procurement, Finance, agency partners and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, Graphic Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial print production, fulfillment, inventory or related operations.
• Experience in a regulated industry, preferably pharmaceuticals or healthcare, is desirable.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of print specifications, proofing, production methods, finishing, kitting, distribution and quality control.
• Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, vendor quotes, invoices and financial reconciliations.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
