Marketing Manager – Amazon Fresh Grocery Support

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the AGRS team and drive marketing initiatives that enhance the Amazon Fresh customer experience. You will bridge the gap between US stakeholders and Fresh customers, influencing how millions discover and engage with our grocery products across both digital and physical touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Execute straightforward marketing initiatives that attract, engage, and retain customers for Fresh offerings.
• Manage cross‑channel marketing tactics, measurement, and reporting aligned with team goals.
• Develop and launch campaigns that increase visibility and success of the grocery business.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and execution.
• Create clear documentation for initiative performance and status reporting.
• Support the development and optimization of marketing materials and communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional, non‑internship marketing experience.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proven ability to execute and measure marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel (macros, charts, pivot tables) and Tableau for data manipulation.
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and drive improvements.
• Familiarity with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing, and digital advertising.
• Knowledge of HTML and XML.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and content management systems.
