Manufacturing Production Operator

About the role

The Manufacturing Production Operator is responsible for assembling products and operating machinery in an electronics manufacturing environment. The role involves configuring, running, and maintaining equipment, performing welding and cable assembly, and conducting visual and quality inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production machines according to safety and quality standards.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to build products to specification.
• Use measurement devices and microscopes to verify component dimensions and solder joints.
• Meet or exceed productivity targets while ensuring product quality.
• Complete production documentation and data collection as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and perform peer checks on completed work.
• Follow all safety regulations and handle chemicals or hazardous materials when necessary.

Required profile

• High school diploma (mandatory).
• Basic English proficiency (desirable).
• Prior experience in electronic manufacturing or assembly lines (desirable).
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications, perform basic math calculations, and interpret simple statistics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand or sit for at least 90 minutes and lift up to 50 lb.
