About the role
Establishment Labs is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join its state‑of‑the‑art facility in Zona Franca Coyol, Alajuela. The role supports the production of advanced aesthetic medical devices, ensuring high quality and compliance with safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Follow all safety procedures and confidentiality agreements.
- Maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Execute assigned manufacturing operations, inspections, approvals and releases for which you are trained and qualified.
- Meet daily production targets and adhere to established manufacturing protocols.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- At least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry.
- Availability to work on site in Zona Franca Coyol (Alajuela).
- Willingness to work Shift A2, Monday‑Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Required skills
- Basic computer usage.
