Manufacturing IT Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing IT Cybersecurity Specialist to lead security initiatives across our industrial control system environment. The role sits at the intersection of IT and OT, ensuring the reliability, availability, and safety of production networks, SCADA platforms, PLCs, and connected manufacturing technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain OT cybersecurity programs aligned with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and corporate standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response for industrial control systems.
• Design secure network architectures, including firewalls, segmentation, and remote‑access solutions.
• Monitor OT environments for threats and support remediation while minimizing operational impact.
• Coordinate patch management, secure configuration reviews, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, automation, and IT teams to drive secure digital transformation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, industrial automation, manufacturing IT, or OT environments.
• Hands‑on experience supporting manufacturing or process‑control networks.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cybersecurity principles and network security.

Required skills

• Industrial protocols: Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, Profinet, OPC, DNP3.
• Frameworks: ISA/IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Security tools: firewalls, network segmentation, remote‑access solutions.
• Systems: SCADA, PLC, DCS, HMI, historians, MES platforms, Industrial IoT devices.
• OT patch management and secure configuration review.
