Manufacturing Engineer I – Shift 1

About the role

As a Manufacturing Engineer I you will provide technical support to medical‑device production lines, focusing on automation, process improvements and validation activities. The role is based on shift 1 (Mon‑Fri 6 am‑2 pm, Sat 6 am‑12 pm) and requires close collaboration with R&D, Quality and Automation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute equipment, fixture and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure smooth line implementation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase stability and productivity.
• Maintain proactive communication with operational personnel for tooling and equipment support.
• Partner with Quality to align specifications, raw materials and final product requirements.
• Collaborate across corporate functions to exchange technical information.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and provide timely resolutions for product or component issues.
• Generate and maintain Manufacturing Product Instructions, Bills of Materials, NCRs and Routers in the Agile system.
• Extract daily operational data using basic electronic system functions.

Required profile

• Internal candidates only, level P1.
• Ability to work the defined shift 1 schedule.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Strong understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
