About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager for Marketing Services within its Advisors & Consulting Services division. The role focuses on leading client engagements across multiple industries, developing data‑driven marketing strategies, and delivering actionable insights that enhance the digital payments experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, defining marketing strategies and programs for regional and global clients.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to design and implement campaigns.
• Own relationships with mid‑level to senior client stakeholders, assessing agenda, culture, and change readiness.
• Guide internal teams to produce effective marketing recommendations and client presentations.
• Provide day‑to‑day project leadership, fostering innovation and a collaborative environment.
• Coordinate with Mastercard product and business development teams to scope projects and create solutions.
