Manager, Global PACS Intelligence

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company's Global Digital Network organization, which delivers enterprise-wide digitized solutions, is hiring a Manager, Global PACS Intelligence for its Enterprise Intelligence team. The role creates and delivers research, data and analytics solutions so the PACS organization can monitor business and brand performance, refine strategies and achieve its goals. It acts as a key partner to PACS teams, using data and insights to support informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver PACS intelligence: define PACS KPIs and tracking methods, collect and interpret metrics, quantify campaign success with partners, and build dashboards and visualizations.
• Provide regular updates to local leadership on corporate reputation and PACS team performance.
• Refine the corporate reputation framework, compile benchmarks and give strategic recommendations on reputation, sustainability and communications data.
• Design and oversee ad hoc research on macro events, campaigns or issues, working with Human Insights and other Enterprise Intelligence teams.
• Collaborate with PACS teams, Human Insights and other teams, and help develop Ways-of-Working materials.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in consumer insights, market research or related fields.
• Prior experience in two or more of: managing or fielding consumer research, data management, analytics and reporting, communications or sustainability insights, brand/product management.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in a global role is preferred but not required.
