About the role

We are seeking a charismatic Luxury Tour Guide / VIP Experience Host to lead high‑end international guests on exclusive tours across Costa Rica. The role combines in‑depth knowledge of the country’s natural and cultural heritage with premium service standards to create unforgettable travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Guide private individuals and groups on luxury, multi‑day tours throughout Costa Rica.
• Deliver engaging commentary on history, geography, wildlife, and local traditions.
• Coordinate logistics with hotels, transport providers, restaurants and activity operators.
• Ensure personalized, high‑level guest satisfaction from start to finish.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a professional tour guide, travel host or luxury tourism specialist.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with VIP and international clientele.
• Willingness to travel on multi‑day tours and work irregular or extended hours as needed.
