Logistics & Export Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics & Export Specialist to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring smooth communication between production, planning, logistics providers, and customers. The role is critical for on‑time deliveries, supporting export operations, and maintaining compliance in highly regulated manufacturing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring on‑time delivery and operational efficiency.
• Act as the link between production, planning, warehouse, and transportation providers.
• Manage shipment schedules and monitor transportation activities to avoid delays and disruptions.
• Coordinate export processes and related documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support import operations when required.
• Maintain shipment visibility and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate daily with U.S.-based teams and customers through verbal and written channels.
• Utilize SAP to manage logistics transactions, shipment tracking, and supply‑chain information.
• Identify and resolve transportation or scheduling issues proactively.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives related to logistics and transportation processes.

Required profile

• Minimum B2 English proficiency (B2+ preferred) with daily communication with U.S. teams.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, shipping, or related functions.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating shipments and linking planning, production, and transportation schedules.
• Experience in import and export operations, especially export logistics.
• Experience using SAP in a logistics, supply‑chain, or transportation environment.
• Background in highly regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, or other regulated manufacturing.
• Technical degree, associate degree, or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
