Logistics Associate (Entry‑Level)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Logistics Associate to support the efficient handling, movement, loading and unloading of materials in our warehouse environment. The role involves working with a variety of material‑handling equipment and ensuring that shipments are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Handle, move, load and unload materials by hand or using material‑handling equipment.
• Open, seal and label crates, boxes, cartons and other containers.
• Collect, sort, store and distribute materials according to internal procedures.
• Process orders from requisitions and dispense stock items.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including stock rotation and kit/bundle breakdown.
• Manage shipping, receiving and freight processing in line with company policies.
• Maintain and update the purchase‑order system as shipments are received, cancelled or back‑ordered.
• Prepare and file inventory paperwork and keep management informed of inventory issues.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0‑1 year of general work experience; 1 year of functional experience preferred.
• Ability to follow standard procedures and work under close supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and basic problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills for routine information exchange.

Required skills
