Logistics Associate (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate, Logistics to support daily material handling operations. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle, move, load and unload materials manually or with material‑handling equipment.
• Open, seal, and prepare crates, boxes, cartons, and other containers for shipment.
• Collect, sort, store, and distribute materials according to internal procedures.
• Process orders from requisitions and dispense stock items.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including stock rotation and paperwork.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and freight processing in line with company policies.
• Update the purchase‑order system as shipments are received, cancelled, or back‑ordered.
• Provide regular updates to management on inventory issues.
• Participate in kit and bundle breakdown and component sorting activities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0‑1 year general experience; 1 year functional experience preferred.
• Ability to follow routine procedures under close supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn company policies.
• Good communication skills for reporting inventory status.
