About the role

Dos Pinos is looking for a strategic leader to head the Commercial Enablers function across its international markets. The role will design and execute commercial models, drive market‑to‑customer strategies, and ensure operational excellence while supporting sustainable growth in Central America and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the regional strategy for commercial enablers in all international markets.
• Design, implement and evolve Route‑to‑Market (RTM) models that optimize coverage, distribution and customer service.
• Drive commercial execution excellence through performance indicators, analytics and result tracking.
• Lead demand‑planning processes for multiple geographies.
• Monitor key commercial performance metrics and service levels.
• Generate market intelligence and strategic analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with country management teams and cross‑functional groups to ensure successful rollout of regional initiatives.
• Promote the use of tools, processes and enablers that strengthen commercial execution.
