Legal Contracts Specialist (Hybrid, San Antonio, Heredia)

About the role

The Legal Contracts Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle for a fast‑growing organization based in San Antonio, Heredia. Working in a hybrid setting, you will collaborate closely with legal, sales and cross‑functional teams to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract review process from generation through execution and final distribution.
• Coordinate with legal, sales and other departments during contract reviews.
• Review, negotiate and process contract modifications while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Draft and revise contract language as required.
• Support continuous improvement of contract management systems and processes.
• Maintain effective cross‑departmental collaboration and assist with special projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in contract administration.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven experience working with sales teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with contract management platforms such as Salesforce, Apttus or Conga.
• Ability to draft amendments related to Schedule A Agreements.
