Learning Execution & Relationship Management Analyst

About the role

The Learning Execution & Relationship Management Analyst supports the Learning Implementation Services team in delivering learning programs across products, functions and geographies. The role focuses on operational and administrative activities that enable the execution of the Learning Strategy while adhering to global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support design, planning, implementation and maintenance of classroom, virtual instructor‑led and web‑based training programs.
• Act as primary point of contact for logistics, material management, set‑up, kick‑off and on‑site support for both classroom and virtual sessions.
• Manage, track and record learning initiatives and participants in the Learning Management System, including enrollment, cancellations and course lifecycle management.
• Assist in creating learning materials such as content, train‑the‑trainer guides, workbooks, job aids and promotional collateral.
• Produce reports and preliminary analyses on program effectiveness in partnership with Learning Advisors and Program Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with global Learning colleagues to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies and ethical standards.

• Solid understanding of how learning initiatives integrate with broader business functions.
