Learning & Development Intermediate Analyst – Execution & Relationship Management

About the role

The Learning & Development Intermediate Analyst supports the design, delivery and evaluation of corporate learning programs. Working within the Execution & Relationship Management (ERM) team, the analyst helps ensure training initiatives are effective, well‑organized and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support design, planning, implementation and maintenance of classroom, virtual instructor‑led and web‑based training programs.
• Act as primary point of contact for logistics, materials management, set‑up, kick‑off and on‑site support for both in‑person and virtual sessions.
• Manage, track and record learning activities in the Learning Management System, including enrollment, cancellations and reporting.
• Assist in creating learning materials such as content, train‑the‑trainer guides, workbooks, job aids and promotional collateral.
• Produce reports and preliminary analyses on program effectiveness, summarising evaluation data.
• Build relationships with HR and L&D colleagues globally and regionally to promote efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in learning and development or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and present findings clearly.
