Lead Graphic Designer

About the role

Prose on Pixels, a global network focused on improving the health of humanity, is looking for a Lead Graphic Designer. The role provides creative direction, oversees design execution and collaborates with cross-functional teams, switching between design and production in print and digital disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative concepts and visual solutions across channels and platforms, and give art direction and feedback to designers.
• Ensure consistency, quality and adherence to brand guidelines, and review and approve work before client or stakeholder presentation.
• Implement design and production skills across media, including print, digital, presentation, branding and motion.
• Mentor and train new hires, junior, mid-level and senior employees, and help onboard new team members.
• Make layout corrections to art and copy based on brand team or client feedback, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with art directors, project managers and copywriters on concepting, and handle calls with network teams.
• Support scoping, estimating and resource planning, and identify risks and propose solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Advertising or a related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in a similar role.
• English at B2+ level; deadline-driven, detail-oriented and organized.
• Preferred: pharmaceutical advertising agency experience; 3D conception and illustration ability.

Required skills

• Digital production software: Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Adobe Acrobat, Sketch, Figma, pre-flight software.
• Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Proficiency with AI tools.
• Typography, colour, photography, web, interactive, presentation and motion design; UX/UI concepts.
• Branding, design systems, mobile design, desktop applications and email design.
