Lawyer M&A – Mergers & Acquisitions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated M&A Lawyer to support complex domestic and cross‑border transactions. The role involves providing legal advice throughout the transaction lifecycle, from due diligence to post‑closing integration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and strategic investments.
• Conduct contract services including search, extraction, comparison and aggregation of contract data.
• Monitor contract compliance and manage contracts using AI tools and CLM software.
• Identify and track relevant regulations, assess their impact and update policies accordingly.
• Report compliance risks and status to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) and a current licence to practice.
• Minimum three years of experience in contract review, monitoring and M&A matters.
• Fluency in English at C1 level.
• Master’s degree in Corporate or Business Law is a plus.
