Junior Site Admin Engineer – On-site in Santa Teresa

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Site Admin Engineer to join our on‑ground team in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. You will lead daily reporting, gather data from Site Engineers, and ensure all documentation is up‑to‑date throughout the construction of a high‑end luxury accommodation project.

Key responsibilities

• Enter daily report data into software, collecting information on weather, personnel, equipment, work completed, materials, inspections, safety, and delays.
• Organise technical documentation, project plans, and reports for easy access.
• Verify that the project complies with safety, industry, and company standards.
• Identify operational issues and suggest process improvements.
• Step in for the Site Engineer when needed, attend high‑level meetings, and support strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, variations, and inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction site roles such as Inspector, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Site Supervisor.
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Fluent English for communication with international management and site teams.
