Junior Marketing Coordinator – Aftermarket Parts

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support a leading aftermarket parts provider in North America, helping to modernize marketing efforts and boost digital presence. This hands‑on role blends creativity with execution across social media, website content, product data, and promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
• Maintain and update website content, product pages, and digital assets to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Manage product information in ERP (M3) and PIM systems, ensuring alignment across catalogs, websites, and marketing materials.
• Create and update marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and product sheets, and produce basic graphics using Adobe tools.
• Coordinate campaign assets across channels and support events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in marketing, digital content management, or communications.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Social media management platforms and scheduling tools.
• Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience with ERP (M3) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
