About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Client Relationship Manager to join our client success team in San José. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them achieve their goals while fostering long‑term loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Become a trusted point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Drive client engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Communicate with clients via chat, email, and WhatsApp.
- Track client activity and performance using CRM tools.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- 1‑3 years of experience in client‑facing roles such as client success, account management, hospitality, banking, or consultative sales.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Goal‑oriented and proactive mindset.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
