Junior APML RDI Engineer

About the role

Join an innovative, fast‑growing women’s health company as a Junior APML RDI Engineer. You will support the development and optimisation of polymer formulations for advanced medical aesthetic devices, working closely with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute laboratory experiments related to polymer synthesis, formulation development and material characterisation under the guidance of the Project Leader or Senior Engineer.
• Generate reliable experimental data, analyse results and provide technical recommendations for formulation optimisation.
• Document findings clearly for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and QMS requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Process Development teams to support project objectives and issue resolution.
• Perform analytical testing, maintain data quality and assist with material evaluation, specification review and supplier interactions.
• Identify and propose continuous‑improvement opportunities for laboratory methods, data analysis and project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or a related field, with at least 80% of the program completed.
• Relevant laboratory experience gained through internships, academic projects or research work.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Willingness to work under supervision, follow standard procedures and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
