Jr. Site Admin Engineer – On-site in Santa Teresa

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Site Administration Engineer to join our on‑ground team in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. You will lead daily reporting and documentation for a high‑end luxury accommodation project, ensuring accurate records and smooth communication between site engineers and management.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and enter daily report data (weather, personnel, equipment, work completed, materials, inspections, safety issues) into the reporting software.
• Organize technical documentation, project plans, and inspection records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, industry, and company standards.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
• Step in for the Site Engineer when needed, attending high‑level meetings and supporting strategic decisions.
• Maintain thorough records of site activities, variations, and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction site roles such as Inspector, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Site Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Fluent English for communication with international management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with construction software tools (Procore is a plus).
