Jr Construction Project Coordinator

About the role

Join JLL's Project Delivery Services team as a Junior Construction Project Coordinator. You will provide essential administrative and coordination support to Project Managers, helping to keep commercial real‑estate construction projects on schedule and well documented across JLL’s global portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with documentation, schedule organization, milestone tracking, and basic coordination throughout all project phases.
• Maintain project files, permits, inspections, drawings, specifications, and deliverables using SharePoint, Teams, and construction‑management platforms.
• Support internal team coordination, meeting scheduling, and communication between project stakeholders.
• Help track construction budgets and perform basic financial coordination using tools such as Certinia.
• Monitor project performance, progress, and quality documentation, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
• Organize and support document workflows, providing Project Managers with up‑to‑date project information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field (Associate degree with relevant experience considered).
• At least 1 year of experience in construction support, project coordination, or administrative assistance.
• Basic proficiency with project‑management tools and construction‑management systems.
