About the role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to direct and strengthen our Recruitment and Selection strategy, guaranteeing efficient and timely processes that align with the talent needs of multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy and management of Recruitment and Selection.
• Define, evaluate, and optimise talent attraction sources and channels.
• Develop strategic partnerships with universities and technical schools to boost talent pipelines and internship programs.
• Oversee vacancy tracking, hiring, and onboarding activities.
• Manage psychometric testing and evaluation tools.
• Analyse turnover metrics and exit interviews, identifying trends and improvement opportunities together with HR Business Partners.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of recruitment databases and records.
• Produce reports and management indicators to support decision‑making.
• Propose and implement continuous improvements in attraction processes and strategies.
• Lead and develop the Recruitment and Selection team, fostering a results‑oriented and candidate‑experience focus.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology (with a labor focus) or Business Administration with an HR emphasis.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and team‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Effective use of Internet research tools.
• Experience in applying and interpreting workplace psychometric tests.
