About the role

Molinos Modernos is seeking a Warehouse and Distribution Manager to oversee the storage and dispatch of finished products, raw materials and spare parts across its assigned region. The role ensures continuous product flow, availability and integrity while complying with GMP, industrial safety standards and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and control personnel, facilities and equipment to guarantee constant product flow and integrity.
• Supervise inventory custody and controls for all products marketed by Molinos Modernos in the region.
• Consolidate inventory data and provide it to demand planning, manufacturing, commercial and accounting departments.
• Prepare budgets for expenses, costs and investments related to warehouse operations.
• Develop performance indicators for warehouse staff and ensure process efficiency.
• Coordinate and monitor the operation of warehouses handling finished goods, inputs and spare parts.
• Lead improvement projects to meet GMP, safety norms and service quality.
• Organize the dispatch of flour and bakery product orders to meet delivery schedules and customer service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field; degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, warehouse or supply‑chain roles within manufacturing, food or consumer‑goods sectors.
• Proven experience leading operational and administrative teams, including warehouse, transport and distribution staff.
• Experience in route planning, FIFO methodology and monitoring service indicators such as Fill Rate.
• Knowledge of occupational health and industrial safety regulations.
