IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide day‑to‑day support to our internal team, ensuring the smooth operation of inventory workflows, onboarding and off‑boarding processes, and IT system audits. This fully on‑site position focuses on delivering high‑quality support, maintaining accurate documentation, and complying with internal IT and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for hardware, software, and system access issues, diagnosing and resolving problems promptly.
• Prepare equipment, user accounts, and access permissions for new hires and handle off‑boarding tasks such as equipment collection and account deactivation.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, manage lifecycle activities (assignment, repair, decommissioning) and conduct periodic asset audits.
• Assist with internal IT audits, document system configurations, access lists, and support cybersecurity frameworks (SOC 2, NIST).
• Create and update documentation for procedures, troubleshooting guides, and asset logs while following established workflows.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or internal customer‑service roles.
• Fundamental understanding of hardware, operating systems and basic networking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work on‑site full‑time.
• Eagerness to learn cybersecurity regulations, network fundamentals and enterprise IT systems.
• Attention to detail in inventory management and documentation.
