IT Security Senior Project Manager

About the role

Softtek is seeking an experienced Senior Information Security Project Manager to lead multiple global initiatives. The role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle processes, reporting, dashboard development, and a wide range of cyber security and technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and summarize project information on phases, tasks, duration, resources, and costs.
• Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and resource assignments for management review.
• Act as liaison among internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication.
• Define project scope, deliverables, quality criteria, and manage scope changes.
• Build time estimates, develop schedules, and address scheduling issues.
• Identify, mitigate, and recommend alternatives for risks and issues, maintaining risk management plans.
• Prepare status reports for upper management and ensure project security assessments are completed before go‑live.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project management experience, including 4+ years in cyber/information security projects.
• Strong knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes and working experience with SailPoint.
• Proven leadership and people‑management skills, able to form and guide local and remote teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; PMP and Certified Scrum Master certifications required.
