IT Business Analyst Lead – Global Logistics & Operations LATAM

About the role

Join the Global Logistics & Operations team to bridge business needs with technology solutions across Latin America. You will partner with Supply Chain and Information Systems teams to standardize processes, support regional initiatives, and deliver solutions that improve procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain functions (Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Kit Room, Transportation) to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Lead business analysis activities: elicit, document, validate, and maintain requirements for regional initiatives.
• Recommend and implement process and system improvements to standardize Supply Chain operations across LATAM.
• Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams to prioritize and deliver technology solutions.
• Develop process maps, workflows, functional specifications, and use cases to support solution design.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and project closure to ensure successful deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Business Analysis supporting Supply Chain or Information Systems environments.
• Experience with JD Edwards ERP Supply Chain modules and integration with third‑party logistics providers.
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (written and spoken).
