IT Business Analyst - Business Relationship Manager

About the role

The Business Relationship Manager for R&D Clinical Systems connects clinical teams with technology solutions, ensuring efficient clinical work and alignment with strategic roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to R&D and Clinical strategic planning and demand shaping.
• Develop 1‑year and 5‑year technology roadmaps with business partners.
• Lead discussions with third‑party vendors to deliver roadmap solutions.
• Communicate and coordinate with clinical business partners and global service delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate demand and project entries in ServiceNOW for review and alignment.
• Lead change ticket coordination and problem management, assessing impact and driving resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of IT experience leading/supporting R&D systems in medical device, life‑science or pharmaceutical environments.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of ITIL disciplines and accountability for clinical and R&D systems.

• Clinical system tools: Medidata, Veeva, Anaqua Idea Point, eTMF.
• Project and development tools: Jira, Jama, Atlassian Stack.
• CAD and design tools: Solidworks, Catia, Altium, Siemens NX, CAD tools.
• Visualization and modeling: Figma, DraftView, Mimics, Matlab.
• Service management: ServiceNOW, ITIL, Agile (certification preferred).
• Security and document management: SSL certificates, Document Management Systems.
