Invoice Reconciliations Manager (Media)

About the role

Critical Mass is seeking an Invoice Reconciliations Manager (Media) to lead media billing and operational oversight. You will ensure accurate billing, manage campaign timelines, and maintain strong financial controls across client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign timelines, provide day‑to‑day operational support, and manage buy entry and maintenance across media systems.
• Review campaign and billing inputs for accuracy, resolve discrepancies with internal teams and vendors, and support end‑to‑end media billing processes including invoice tracking and accruals.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails, ensure compliance with internal controls, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, marketing, media or related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in media investment, billing, finance or a similar environment, preferably within a media agency.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables) and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word).
• Experience using Mediaocean; exposure to Prisma or other media planning/buying platforms.
