About the role
Edgewater Strategy Group is looking for an Investment Banking & OCFO Professional to join its Costa Rica team. This full‑time, on‑site position will involve deep financial analysis, complex model building, and hands‑on transaction due diligence while supporting value‑accretive operational workstreams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in‑depth financial analyses for M&A and capital‑raising projects.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support client decisions.
- Perform due diligence on prospective transactions and assess financial risks.
- Execute operational workstreams that create value for clients.
- Participate in client management activities and deliver presentations.
- Collaborate with senior team members to gain mentorship and professional growth.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of foundational finance and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Required skills
- Technical proficiency in financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills.
